Opportunity to work with young homeless people or those who are leaving care: Housing Management Assistant role required by 1625 Independent People which prevents youth homelessness in the South West. In this role you will help support the service to run effectively by assisting with the delivery of a comprehensive housing management service including: Contributing to the upkeep of the properties to ensure that they are well maintained, serviced, safe and clean Managing referrals, including assessment and interviews with young people Assisting support staff with their case management including providing young people with information, advice and guidance Closing date: 21st July Salary: 16,215 – £17,333 pro-rata 33.5 hours a week.
