Or try this one ;) CUCUMBER GINGER FIZZ Ingredients Cucumber Infused Vodka 1 large cucumber 1 750ml bottle of vodka Cocktail 2oz cucumber infused vodka 1 can ginger ale Fresh limes Cucumber Ice Directions: To make the cucumber infused vodka: peel, seed and roughly chop cucumber in to a large class container with a tight fitting lid (think mason jar). Pour vodka over cucumber (saving vodka bottle), seal, and leave to infuse for minimum three days, up to two weeks. Strain vodka back in to original bottle, and discard cucumber (unless you feel like eating it, or giving your eyes a boozy spa treatment). To make the cocktail: In a tall glass, muddle some cucumber slices and top with freshly squeezed lime. Add vodka, ginger ale, and ice. Stir to combine, garnish, and sip. Cool, refreshing, and boozy.
