Orange County students going high-tech ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35 ORLANDO) – On Tuesday, voters will go to the polls to vote on a half-cent sales tax in Orange County that will go to the schools.Fox 35 found out the proposal includes either a laptop or a tablet for each one of the more than 190 thousand students in Orange County schools.Lost in all the talk about renovated and reconstructed schools is the third part of what Orange County Schools wants a half penny sales tax for: technology.
