Ordinance on food security Ordinance for food-security bill is nothing but a political gimmick which needs not to be consented by President of India. Gimmick heavy annual spent of about rupees 125000 crores will prove to be more painful in terms of increased inflation and price-rise than the achievements practically received under a usual corrupt system. Everyone knows that ration-dealers change grain-items if somehow better quality is received by them for Public-Distribution-System (PDS). Beneficiaries only get poor-most quality of wheat, rice and other items available to them under PDS thus rather creating health-problem for such people. Subsidy-regime should be better replaced by a programme for employment where funds may be better spent for creating employment-opportunities rather than feeding public by making them ideal. Any subsidised item or aspect should be restricted for a family with upto two children. It is ridiculous that people go on producing children and expecting government to help them through subsidy. There are many other aspects which require ordinance followed by immediate legislation like poll-reforms which need to be implemented only before polls. Ordinance on food-bill by passing Parliament which is to be met soon is only aimed for poll-gains which even government knows is doubtful to be consented by President of India or even challenged at Courts.
