Oregano. If I could only have one essential oil, it would be oregano. Oregano is absolutely amazing and, in my opinion, it can save lives. Check out this video where Dr. Oz talks about the antibacterial properties of oregano oil. He’s a doctor so he can talk about these things. I can’t. My own naturopath doctor recommends oregano and I have relied on this stuff for years. My 13 year old son has never had an antibiotic in his life. Oregano is truly remarkable.
