Meshek Achiya, one of the small businesses Lev HaOlam supports, employs young men from the surrounding Samarian towns at the only Jewish-owned olive oil press in Judea and Samaria. They work the holy land in their 300 acres of olive orchards in the traditions of our forefathers. This beautiful small business represents the best of Israel.
