Looking forward to hearing from you soonest. Senior Architect: 1. Education background Bachelor Degree/ Professional Full Degree in Architecture 2. Overview of position (Senior Architect) To come out with schematic design for any types of buildings (Residential, Hospital, Industry, Commercial, Hotel, Apartment) To present and discuss on the conceptual design with clients To prepare documentations/ working drawings of construction for submission purpose to the local authority such as Jabatan Bomba, Council, Land and survey To attend and conduct site meeting with other relevant consultants and contractors To supervise job on site if required Experience in construction and contractual procedures and familiar with design specification, method statement, and drawings. 3. Years of experience Minimum 8 years working experience in architecture consultancy firm (not contractor firm) 4. Mandatory Skills and certification Experience in coordinating & producing schematic and design development to working drawings Proficient in Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, rendering, 3D Max, Revit Architecture Take up team leader role to manage the design team Produce working drawings independently. Language: Bilingual in both English and Malay. Pure Malay speaker will be considered if the candidate is technically (in architect or interior design) very strong/sound. Senior Architectural Draughtsman: To create drawings, details, and working drawings. Proficient in Autocad, 2D and Isometric Drawings Minimum 8 years working experience in related field.
