Working Location: Ang Mo Kio One year renewable contract (Convertable to Perm) Salary Range: Up to $2500 13th Month Bonus The Challenges Activate to site for Corrective Maintenance (CM) and attend to all faults reported within contractual SLA. The CM cycle includes functional check, failure localization and isolation, disassembly, item removal and replacement or repair, reassembly, checkout, correction verification and rectification. Carry out Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance in all Customers sites. Require to liaise with third-party vendors and customers to fulfill customers standard. Manage third party vendors for problem resolutions, ensuring timely closure for problem tickets generated. Generate maintenance reports on progress, incidents and faults, hardware/software obsolescence whenever required.
