Our Luck has gone from Bad to Worse...Sorry to be a drag on everyone but I need to see if there are any good ideas that I have missed....My jeep has taken a turn for the worse. My egnition switch has blown and my vehicle is sitting at a friends on the street. We cant move it without a tow and my usual mechanic is sending me to the dealer because it would be cheeper to get it fixed there. However, the first that one of the dealers can see it is in two weeks and the other wants me to get it there to do an eval on it???? So if I tow it there and dont want to do it I waisted the tow cost. Also, the cost I was quoted from the first place was $450 to do the labor...not counting the parts or tow. We dont have a vehicle and we are in in dire straits. Thank you all....
