Our Society Show, will focus today segment of A Broken System on the malious acts and profiling directed by law enforcement offices throughout this country. Why is it that the most visible agency in the country has no accountability when it comes to wrongful acts carried out by law enforcement officers? Could there be respect and trust amongst those that are sworn to serve and protect without new federal legislation enacted to hold law enforcement officers and their departments accountable? Does tax payers have the desire to make this a reality? In the case of detective Christoper Derry, the Temple City Sheriffs Department and Los Angeles County District Attorney office, where there was no evidence to make an arrest, detective Derry submitted his investigation to a filing DA attorney who subsequent got a judge to sign it to have a warrant issued for my arrest. Intimidation was used by detective Derry to make his case for an arrest, with the intent of embracing a Pasadena City Commissioner who is African American, a Television producer/host, a licensed real estate broker, the vice-chair of Pasadena City College oversight committee as well as a committee member for Community Government Affairs for Pasadena Foothill Board of Realtor Association. Detective Derry acts were done maliciously and directly to profile individuals as well as to teach a lesson as to who hold the authority? Detective Derry did not make an arrest of nor mentioned the name of Jeff Glesson the loan broker with Countrywide who made the loan to Turner (in 2007) and was the only individual responsible for the information received directly from Turner and Glesson was compensated with a large commission for a loan in the amount $1.3 million dollars, and for his involvement, he and Countrywide/Bank of America became the victims in this case. After all charges were dropped, the overzealous prosecutor attorney Walter Mueller and detective Derry threaten my attorney to re-file the case against me if I did not testify against defendant Turner. Detective Derry approached me after the judge had made his decision with his arrogance and the intent to intimidate or assault me in the presence of witnesses before leaving the court building. The wired recording from detective Derry investigation along with the courts transcripts shows his malice, the lack of respect and his total disregard for diversity. Is this the acceptable conduct of our law enforcement officers that we as tax payers, pay their salaries for? Please make your comments on how to fix this broken system.youtu.be/eLCNW4yY6nM
