Our client, a clothing designer, based in Leicester is looking to recruit an experienced Production Controller to join their team with immediate effect on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Ideally having the experience below, you will join a thriving business which is growing daily; PRODUCTION CONTROLLER: 1. Critical path management 2. Customer updates 3. Management/monitoring of orders from pre order stage through to final delivery 4. Monitoring production, liaising with factories, printers, problem solving, making decisions 5. Submitting and chasing approvals from customers 6. Order File audit 7. Keeping stock system up to date 8. Placing orders with printers, sometimes fabric suppliers 9. Signing off invoices Qualities needed for both: 1. Common sense 2. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team 3. Good communication (verbal + written) and computer skills 4.
