You must have a strong Corporate Administration background with a minimum of 3 years experience, knowledge of local legislation and assisting with liquidations. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day administration of a portfolio of medium to complex offshore companies. You will work with the client advisors and regulatory authorities to ensure that all administrative matters are dealt with accurately and efficiently.
