Our client is hiring for a direct Human Resources (HR) Manager. You must have five and above years of Human Resources Management experience. Qualified candidate will have the ability to work strategically and tactically in an HR capacity. Must have strong management skills to be able to lead, train, and mentor a team of HR Generalists. This position is offering a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package. The Human Resources Manager summary of roles includes, but is not limited to: • Candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and co-ordinating human resource management activities of an organisation to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment and selection policy/practices, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, personnel policies, performance appraisals and regulatory compliance Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field • Minimum of six years of HR Management experience • Must be proficient in MS Office with the ability to analyse data and presentation skill Age Bracket: 32 – 40 years Personal Specification Skills: Candidate should have leadership skills, be able to deal with high stress situations. Candidate should be dependable and have integrity as well as a high level of initiative and emotional intelligence.
