Our client is looking for a Lab Technician to join there team Must have experience in this type of role, With a good level of working knowledge Job details Performing laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support the design and performance criteria. Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses. Preparing specimens and samples and maintaining sample log. Maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment. Ensuring the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced. Recording and interpreting results to present to senior colleagues. Using computers and performing mathematical calculations for the preparation of test results. Keeping up to date with technical developments, especially those which can save time and improve reliability. Conducting research into product development of competitors. Maintaining a data base of products available in the market place. Conducting searches to identify information required for customer support. Demonstrate the ability to carry out the laboratory function unsupervised.
