Our dear Emilio and his wife, who has been supplying Borrego with farm fresh produce for years and years. They drive out here from their farm in Valley Center, even all summer long, putting up with biting gnats, flies, and ants....and heat, heat, heat...to make sure their friends in Borrego have good fresh organic food all year around. We are so fortunate to have them as part of our extended community. This shows their table at the end of their two hour stint here, this week...when they get here at 6 am, open at 7, the table is overflowing!
