Our first general meeting of the year will be this Thursday, August 28th at 9:30 AM in the ETC. Room at Conley. Please check in with the secretaries in the front office and they will point you in the right direction. Children are always welcome at our PTA meeting and refreshments will be served. Many parents often ask why our general meetings are held during the school day, instead of in the evening, which may be better suited to our parents working outside the home. Over the years, the PTA has conducted meetings at night, but attendance has been poor. We see far more members attend meetings during the school day. Our school principals and staff are also very involved in the PTA. Many district meetings are held in the evening, so PTA meetings held during the school day often allow them the opportunity to attend. We greatly appreciate their feedback on how to best direct our funding and activities to benefit Square Barn students. Parents can always find the minutes and up-to-date information on our website and Facebook page. Please encourage your friends and neighbors to utilize these resources.
