Our imperfect process By: Josh Clevenger Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.” Do you ever feel like you will never arrive at your destination in life? Do you feel like the world has past you by and you have missed your opportunity for success? The Lord understands your situation and He understands how you feel today. We can feel that life has passed us by and the best days our behind us. The urgency for instant gratification can be overwhelming and the need to compromise is always around us. We are reminded in the Bible that Jesus will complete the work He began in us until we arrive at our destination. The Lord will not allow you to fail in your life. He will not leave you incomplete looking for answers. The Lord will give you all the tools you need in your life to succeed and then He will make away for you. You may feel like you have squandered too many opportunities to succeed. Your path may be full of regret and past failures but the Bible never said our path would be perfect or flawless. The Bible says that we are given a perfect Savior to guide and direct our steps to our destination. The Lord understands your feelings and He is preparing you for great things in the near future. The Lord is the one who opens doors and He is the one who grants favor. He will not leave you in despair in your life. The Lord will take every obstacle and move them to promote you in this life. There is nothing to hard for the Lord! All you have to do is believe as Abraham believed and it will be given to you. Rest in the understanding what the Lord begins in us He will complete and bring it to perfection. Your path will not be perfect but it is an imperfect process that Lord takes and makes beautiful. You may be down but you are certainly never out with the Lord. Do not look to your own reasoning with Him but always look to your faith to understand the things of the Lord. What we may see as dead is alive and well in faith. You will never achieve perfection in this life but you will achieve greatness in the Lord. Our imperfect process is beautiful to the Lord and He will take every mistake we make and turn into perfection in Him. Rest in Him because your promotion is coming very soon!
