Our light dinner we made in Turkey - beef tomatoes with tulum cheese, salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, rocket, mint, garlic, red cabbage, white salted feta-like cheese ( but firmer), zaatar and a bit of chilli), bulgur wheat with mint and aubergines shakshik (fried aubergines, with fried onions, garlic, tomatoes and tomatoes, walnut paste and saffron). and yufka pastry with cheese. There are no recipes links as I made it from whatever we had. But the descriptions are self-explanatory. But If anyone needs guidance - just ask. ))
