Our only in-person meeting with Kim de Lange Miss Melera took place in Mexico a couple years back. She was laid back, super sweet and so excited about the music scene. When we first started throwing parties on our own, our main focus was to debut young, motivated artists like Kim every month. Well, for the most part, we lost our shirt with that philosophy, but never the will to support the up-and-coming artist. So many of these vets come in and out of this city, wore down, over played and not motivated to do their best. That’s never the case when you’re giving a DJ like Kim their first #Toronto break. We are over-the-moon excited to host Miss Melera in Canada for the first time. She’ll be performing tomorrow night for INIMATE & ON THE BOAT aboard Kajama Boat Cruises and then immediately following at our Toika after party.
