Our peace-promoting journey: a community collaboration To all of our Kickstarter backers and promotors: There are no words to properly describe the energy and excitement that your financial and moral support has generated. not only for our students, both former and current, but for our family members and friends, and in the local and global community. This seemingly simple project was truly a group collaboration, required many more hours than we had ever imagined, but also created a better sense of understanding of our collective goals both now, and for the future. Music4Peace San Diego has now been formally launched so that we can be more inclusive, and reach out to more students in the community. 4BLISS will continue to song-write and record as one entity within Music4Peace San Diego. During this short stint, the students have been highlighted on the Playing for Change Foundation news-blog (see previous update), recognized by many organizations within the community, and invited to make a guest appearance on the local radio station, FM 94/9. Thank you for sharing in our peace-promoting journey. We look forward to getting back into the studio and showing you what these kids can do!!
