Our petition signatures required are: Clermont County - 6,307 Hamilton County - 28,405 Below is the link to the Ohio county by county breakdown of valid petition signatures required to get marijuana on the ballot for a vote in 2014. Ohio needs a total of 10% or 385,247 signatures for the state, but some counties can over deliver and others be under. In the end, however, at least 44 counties must have met at least the 5%. Another consideration is that in a typical petition drive, only 57-60% of the signatures are valid. This basically means we need to deliver double the County required signatures to ensure enough are valid to get on the ballot. The ORG goal is going to be 1,000,000 signatures to ensure we will be on the ballot Follow this link for a complete breakdown by county: sos.state.oh.us/SOS/elections/Research/electResultsMain/HistoricalElectionComparisons/percentage20101102.aspx Linda Bumpass, Hamilton County Captain.
