Our signature purpose in life is to expand into the greatest version of who we are capable of becoming. In order to do this we have to be free. We have to be in relationships which support, nurture and celebrate our growth. If we are not growing, then we are essentially moving backwards. We must identify the anchors in our lives, and even if we love them, have the courage to move on and let go. If all that something or someone brings to our life is misery it will limit our ability to expand into the greatest vision of who we are supposed to be. We must constantly strive for progress, no matter how painful and challenging our circumstances. If we fall off course and have a bad day we have to start over, jump quickly back into action in an effort to avoid sliding back even further. Keep progressing each day. Each tiny step is a step forward. When it comes to creating our desired lives, there is no easy way to achieving it. We have to be deliberate, combat the divisiveness of negativity, and find our way to the life and relationships we deserve to have..the ones which reflect our beauty back to us. To find these we have to know we are loved, lovable and beautiful first. If our outside world is negative then we have to look at that as a reflection of our current internal state of self-love. If we do not like what we see then we must look at what we have to change and find the courage to love ourselves enough to change it. Ride the waves of the change, the waves will settle and the grandest version of the you in the making will come forth and shine. You will see all the pain was worth it. Happy Friday Facebook
