Out of more than 1.5 million votes cast, only 812 votes separate YES voters from NO voters, so the GMO Labeling ballot initiative from Oregons recent election is going to a recount. You can get more details from the Reader Supported News article linked below. Big agriculture poured in more than $21 million to try and defeat this ballot initiative. (I wonder if that $21 million was money that Big Ag got from the American tax payers in subsidies or tax breaks. Did we PAY them to lobby against our best interests?) Respectfully, John
