Whats interesting is that in order to adopt you must sign this adoption contract stating that they are not responsible for any injuries or claims , INCLUDING DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT. It also states that should you be killed by your new loving pet that your heirs and family shall have no rights to file claims against them. Further, should someone ELSE other than you be killed or maimed, YOU as pet owner will pay for a lawyer of THEIR choosing to represent and protect THEM. Funny but I didnt have to sign anything even remotely similar when I purchased my non bully breed dog. But then I guess the story of Frankie Flora, victimized by Out of the Pits directly has them concerned with not preventing more victims but in saving their own asses.
