Over the next five years, Salt Lakes Depot District — just west of downtown — could see a lot of development, with hundreds of new high-density housing units, parks, retail outlets and public transit. Some who are already in the area, like the Utah Art Alliance and Centro Civico, are trying to stay put as new development goes up around them.
