Over the past two weeks Ive somehow managed to find time to watch two documentaries that I honestly feel everyone should watch. Number 1: Citizen USA. It was incredibly enlightening to hear what American immigrants had to say about this country. As someone who seems to always be conflicted between wanting to fix this country or just completely leave it, I found the film to be inspiring. Hearing from those who have left their home countries to establish a life here truly showed how amazing this country we are privileged to live in truly is. Please. Go watch it. Number 2: 112 Weddings. Everyone. I repeat, EVERYONE. Should watch this documentary. Regardless of whether or not you are married, in a relationship, single, or what have you, this documentary is proof that working with other people, especially those you care about deeply, is not easy. Things wont always work out, but it is up to you to keep trying. Too many people give up on friendships and relationships nowadays. This documentary truly showed that love and happiness isnt an easy thing to attain, but that it is attainable if youre willing to work through it, relish in the good times, and learn from the bad times. Well. There you have it. Go forth and watch some documentaries! You wont be disappointed!
