Grant has worked in restaurants and hotels all over SA and had his longest stay with the Spier Group as Chef de cuisine for 8 plus years. From hospitality to retail Grant translated years of experience in this arena into Retail fresh food concepts and execution which all made sense to this out of the box thinking individual offering exceptional customer service along the way.
