P90X Week 2: Yoga X Just before I started this workout I was reading from The Compound Effect, by Darren Hardy. I was reading the chapter on MOMENTUM. It said to build momentum sometimes we strain & struggle to get something into motion, just to barely make it budge. But then it moves a little more & more until the object moves easily. I brought this concept into the workout and acknowledged that I am still in the stage of my workouts where I struggle & strain to see little to no results. But there was movement (some success). Next workout a little more, then a little more. What I need to focus on to achieve momentum is small, consistent behavior over time. Still have 10 weeks to go :-)
