#PAGASA, 11PM: -Seniang has weakened into Tropical Depression after it made landfall over Anda, Bohol. -At 10PM today, the center of Tropical Depression Seniang was estimated at 75km Southeast of Mactan, Cebu City, with maximum winds of 55kph near the center. -It is forecast to move West Northwest at 11kph. -Signal#1 up over Leyte, Southern Leyte, Camotes Island, Bohol, Cebu, Siquijor, Negros Oriental, Negros Occidental, Guimaras, Iloilo, Surigao del Norte, Agusan del Norte, Misamis Oriental & Camiguin. -Estimated rainfall amoun is from 7.5 - 15 mm per hour (moderate - heavy) within the 300-km diameter of the Tropical Depression. -Residents in low-lying and mountainous areas of the provinces with Signal#1 are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides. -Fisherfolks and those with small seacrafts are advised not to venture out over the seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon and the eastern seaboard of Southern Luzon, seaboards of Visayas and over the northern and eastern seaboards of Mindanao. via Weather Watch
