SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 am today, Tropical Storm "#LabuyoPH) was estimated at 680 kph East of Virac, Catanduanes (14.0N, 131.4E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 19 kph. FORECAST: Palawan, Mindoro, Aurora, Rizal, Agusan Del Sur and Compostela Valley will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
