PALEO CHALLENGE STARTS 5TH JULY - 2ND AUGUST This challenge is not about weight loss, it’s about improving how you look, feel, and perform. Your body composition will change, and, yes, most of you will likely lose weight. But, you will also perform better—become stronger, have better endurance, and enjoy more energy in general. Your overall mood and sense of well-being will improve. So, even if you don’t have a lot of weight to lose, this is still a great Challenge for you. What you get: Quickstart Guide to Following Paleo and following the meal plan Body Measurements and seminars at start and end of challenge PDF of a weekly menu for 2 people each week Delicious and simple recipes linked in the menu PDF of your prep list to make your time in the kitchen efficient PDF of a complete grocery shopping list each week Log Sheets to track your points and progress Seminars will run from 2pm-2.30pm at HIIT Fitness Jersey PT Studio at Castle Quay on the first and last day during the challenge.
