PANHANDLER: Aggressive panhandler at Walmart, approaching people saying he needs gas and an oil change for his car. Another male is passed out in the front seat of said car. Almost the same thing happened to me when I was at Hobby Lobby earlier today. I walked out the front door and a man slipping on a big gulp came up to me and said that he was trying to get a cab home but he was a few dollars short. Apparently he didnt realize that he had begged me for money a short while ago for anti-freeze for his car. Sorry but I am NOT giving you any money.
