PART TWO OF ACTING ON THE TRUTH Dear beloved friends, the LORD God whom we serve, tells us that we are not merely to be interested in His Truth, but we must act upon it! “Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only. Deceiving yourselves, for if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror” (James 1:22-23). No doubt many of you who read this are beginning to realize that somehow God has brought you an important message that will help you to act in the truth as you have been learning, through His works the very purpose of human existence and the way of life God commands. Now it may be time to act on this precious truth. Do not treat it cheaply! Do not delay and procrastinate once you understand what God’s purpose is in your life. Do not wait until you think you have already overcome or until you have perfect understanding. It is your time to act. Therefore, repent and be baptized and receive God’s promise, the Holy Spirit whom will guide, protect and strengthen you. The Holy Scripture says, “You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32). Dear precious friends, we encourage you, if you never receive baptism. Please join any church that teaches repentance and the truth about the Kingdom of God and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the personal covenant with our Creator God is through baptism and this involves a commitment to a lifetime of change. There will be changes in how you feel, in what you do, and most of all, in what you are on the inside. True conversion leads to your being conformed to the image of Son, that He [Christ] might be the firstborn of many brethren. May the LORD Almighty God help His true servants to preach the true Gospel of the Kingdom of God and rebuke sins in the church and not to deny the confession of our Lord Jesus Christ because of the fear of losing the congregations! We had been called to proclaim the truth that many souls will be saved through the work that the LORD Almighty God had commissioned us. Be blessed as you act on the truth. Shalom.
