Reports are claiming he was fooling around with a young actress on the set of his latest movie. The tabloids are pointing to Actress Margot Robbie, who co-stars with Smith in the upcoming feature Focus. The two co-stars hammed it up in a photo booth with some flirtatious pictures. Wills been through this before with accusations of being to close to former co-stars Eva Mendes and Charlize Theron. .Major changes are coming to The Soul Train Music Awards. For starters, therell be no more lip synching. Performers must sing live. The night, hosted by Anthony Anderson, is celebrating todays biggest stars and honoring legends like Dionne Warwick and Keith Sweat. Performances that night will include Jennifer Hudson, Gladys Knight, Tamar Braxton and Ruben Studdard. The show airs December 1st on the BET and Centric networks. Speaking of Tamar, her talk show The Real with The Real, with Actress Tamera Mowry-Housley, Singer Adrienne Bailon, Comedienne Loni Love and Actress Jeannie Mai, has been picked up for a full season next fall on FOX stations around the country. The movie Black Nativity opens in theatres November 27th. Black Nativity stars Forest Whitaker, Angela Bassett, Jennifer Hudson, Tyrese and Mary J. Blige. Actor Michael Ealy (Think Like A Man, Barbershop) is returning to TV in the cop-drama Almost Human. It premieres Sunday, November 17th and Monday, November 18th on FOX. Ealy is also returning to the big screen next year in two projects with Comedian Kevin Hart: About Last Night on opening on Valentines Day with Joy Bryant & Regina Hall and Think Like A Man Part II with Gabrielle Union & Taraji P. Henson hitting theatres next June. One of the greatest basketball players of all time is telling all. Julius Erving, a.k.a. “Dr. J,” has released Dr. J: The Autobiography. In the book, he talks about his great career and his personal difficulties: how an affair led to him having a child outside of wedlock, his turbulent first marriage and the death of his son. The Dr. holds nothing back, including the circumstances of the birth of his daughter Tennis Pro Alexandra Stevenson. Stevie Wonder is planning to release two new music projects next year. The 63-year old Motown legend says his recent divorce from Designer Kai Millard Morris inspired him to do a new project. The album, When The World Began, will be produced by fellow Music Legend David Foster. Wonder is also working on a gospel album, which he plans to dedicate to his late mother. In Spike Lee news, his collaboration with Mike Tyson finally comes to television. On November 16th, HBO presents Mike Tysons one man show, The Undisputed Truth, directed by Spike Lee. So whats new with the James Brown movie Get On Up? How about Singer/Actress Jill Scott and Comedian Actor Dan Aykroyd joining the cast. Scott will play a former wife of “The Hardest Working Man In Show Business.” The movie already stars Chadwick Boseman, who played Jackie Robinson in the hit movie 42, Viola Davis and Oscar winner Octavia Spencer, who both starred in the movie The Help. Oscar Nominee Taraji P. Henson may still join the cast as Tammi Terrell, and Singer Ralph Tresvant may be playing James Brown sideman and solo artist Maceo Parker. The bio-pic, which is being produced by Rolling Stones Legend Mick Jagger, is slated to arrive in theatres on October 17th, 2014. Kerry Washington is going to be the breadwinner in her household. Washingtons hubby, NFL Player Nnamdi Asomugha, has been let go from the San Francisco 49ers. Asomugha used to play for the Eagles. His career has never reached its potential, and he has been replaced by younger players with more speed. Last week, it was revealed the couple were expecting their first child. Maybe now we will see pictures of the newlyweds who secretly married last summer. Washington will not talk about the current state of her private life, but does touch on the past. As she graces the latest cover of People magazine, she reveals a one time struggle with an eating disorder and a painful breakup. Washington now is careful to keep her current private life private and focus on her hot career with Scandal. Now speaking of Scandal, Actress Khandi Alexander (ER, CSI Miami) is joining the cast of the Thursday night ABC-TV drama playing “Olivia Popes” mom. The History Channel is planning on doing a remake of the 1977 classic miniseries Roots. The series is slated to air next year. A lot of people say they are tired of seeing slave movies like Django and 12 Years A Slave. The Butler, which is not a slave movie, but has scenes of slavery also has been criticized. Spike Lee will be joining Oprah Winfrey on her show Next Chapter airing November 10th on OWN. The Oscar nominated writer/producer/director of Inside Man and Malcolm X joins Oprahs star-studded lineup which, in the next few weeks, includes The Reverend Al Sharpton, Babyface and Magic Johnson. Kevin Hart is back with The Real Husbands Of Hollywood on BET. Last week, he donated over $250,000 towards computers for his hometown school district of Philadelphia and rec centers. Hart is on a roll! He just signed a deal with ABC to develop a pilot based on his life as standup comedian and divorced father, and he has another new movie for 2013, Ride Along with Ice Cube and Tika Sumpter, coming out in theatres in January. Finally Hart is also playing a boxing promoter in the new movie Grudge opening Christmas Day with Robert De Niro and Sylvester Stallone. De Niro (Oscar winner for Raging Bull) and Stallone (Oscar nominee for Rocky) play two aging boxers who get back in the ring.
