It was gathered that Fayemis real father was a labourer from ebiraland in Kogi state who came to work in Isan Ekiti as a domestic servant . He was said to be employed by one Baba Salako Alaro in Isan Ekiti who was described as a wealthy produce buyer. It was during the course of his employment with the baba Alaro that Fayemis father developed an illicit affair with his employers wife which led to him impregnating the woman. The source revealed that Fayemis father capitalised on the old age and frail health of his employer to seduce the woman and got her pregnant which led to kayode Fayemis birth. It was through his mother that Fayemi was able to claim Ekiti Citizenship ..
