***PENNY & ROWLEY more popular than KAMLA? | PENNY has 2% lead over the Prime Minister*** A recent NACTA poll has suggested that PNM Internal Election Contender Pennelope Beckles-Robinson has a 2% advantage over the Prime Minister in terms of popularity. 44% popular support for Mrs. Beckles-Robinson and 42% popular support for Mrs. Persad Bissessar. Whereas, Dr Keith Rowleys popularity is increasing while the Prime Ministers is falling, both Dr. Rowley and The PM are at a statistical dead heat according to the poll, with the Prime Minister maintaining a 1% lead over Dr. Rowley at present, but he is expected to cross that. The Prime Minister was polled at 42% and Dr. Keith Rowley was polled at 41% This recent NACTA poll was commissioned by T&T United, a support group for the Penny Campaign. They argue that this recent NACTA poll gives further credence to the position that concluded that the PNM would be victorious over the People’s Partnership, with a Beckles-Robinson-led PNM winning by a greater margin than Dr Rowley.
