PEOPLE OF SCOTLAND :( - PRO-UK campaigners BREACHED ELECTORAL LAW by counting postal votes ahead of referendum polling day will be formally investigated by police. A Crown Office spokesperson said: We can confirm that Crown counsel has instructed Police Scotland to commence an investigation into alleged breaches of Schedule 7, Paragraph 7, of the Scottish Independence Referendum Act 2013. The ballot papers were supposed to be kept face down when postal voting packs were opened so postal ballot agents and observers were unable to see how people had voted. Police Scotland will not comment on anyone who may or may not have been spoken to or interviewed as part of any ongoing investigation. WHY! The police have commented on previous cases involving politicians. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-29489288 We feel that this investigation does not go far enough and the police should also be investigating why. No identification was required to vote not even a postcode. No tamper evident, plastic cable ties on ballot boxes. A private company in charge of postal votes. No counting staff in vehicles transporting ballots. Strange going ons at all counting stations. Discrepancies in the ballot paper. The videos showing people in Dundee moving stuff when the fire alarm was on. Over and above the media brain washing and the repetitive statements made by better together campaigners who were allowed far more media exposure by the obviously non impartial BBC. But the most obvious reason is that Westminster were never letting Scotland leave the United Kingdom, if we have voted Yes. Constitutional change would have never happened as the master plan was for the House of Lords to rebel and not pass anything. Think back to 1979 and the never heard before of and never heard of again 40% rule, the results at this election were more than 50% had voted for a devolved government, but this 40% rule allowed Westminster to scrape strangle hold on Scotland. In the 1979 devolution referendum 52% of voters said YES However The Labour Party imposing an unheard of undemocratic 40% rule ! as did 43 to 19 Scottish MPs when they tried to appeal they were never heard. oilofscotland.org/scottish_politics.html#1979 History has a funny way of repeating itself ... beware !!
