#PERTH WARNING Last year in Ramadan (as you can see below) I warned you about a group of travelling gypsy charity collectors who blew through Perth asking for donations and disappeared. It seems, that they, or others doing what they did last year, are back and causing a bit of trouble. Please do not give charity, as a policy, to anyone who is not licensed and registered to collect charity. Read the comments from last year and be warned. Allah make things easy for our community. Please do not be confrontational. Politely decline to give and ask them to leave or walk away without a second to waste. If you feel genuinely threatened, as some sisters have complained, please phone the police.
