PF National Youth Chairman, CHISHIMBA KAMBWILI has apologized to the nation over remarks attributed to some PF MPs who are reported to have threatened NOT to pass the national budget unless the partys Central Committee is used to adopt the presidential candidate. Mr. KAMBWILI has told ZNBC News that failure to pass a national budget would result in a constitutional crisis and this would inevitably lead to the dissolution of Parliament. He says elected leaders should not be emotional but work hard and provide quality leadership during this transition period.
