PHCS RULES. Rules 1. Slow pitch. Underhanded toss only. 2. No cleats. 3. Helmets optional. 4. Allowed 5 ball over the fence hr. 5. Teams must have matching color shirts with a name and number (can be wrote on with a marker) 6. No intentional bunting. 7. No stealing/ Sliding 8. 9 players MUST BE on the field to play, can use your 10th player continually, or have them sit out and take over when you see fit. 9. Must rotate male, female batters, if a 10th batter is injured, rotate back to batter number 1 to fill in. 10.Must have atleast 4 female players. 10 players per team max. 11. 18yrs and up to play 12. Bad Sportsmanship will be an automatic out.
