PIA-4A/LAGUNA: Rizal Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management officer (PDRRMO) Loel Malonzo in his presentation at the Disaster Response Committee meeting being held today at the PNP multi-purpose center in Canlubang, Calamba City revealed that there are 50,752 informal settlers in Rizal province in which the provincial government has a continuous relocation project. They have been relocating about 5,000 informal settlers annually in the past but due to financial constraints, the relocation rate went down to about 3,000 annually, Malonzo said.
