PIYO Move of the Day: PIYO Pike I think this may be one of my favorite moves so far! How to: Get in plank position and then raise up to a side plank. Draw the raised arm towards your belly and scoop under, raising your booty into the air. (Dont forget to do both sides!) To modify: Get in plank position on your knees. Raise up to side plank with one knee resting on the floor. Draw your raised arm towards your belly scooping underneath without raising your lower half into the air.
