PLAYSTATIONS DARK PATHS? Analyzing Playstations action and decisions this year and what little things I conclude their Goal or Motive are for a more Dark, Gritty and Horror style themes for games for 2014 line up of announcement and releases I have looked their direction of genre for this year since The Last Of Us came out, TLOU fits in the Dark mood with the story and characters (pardon my guess), this kinda continues on with The Order 1886 with its distinct Story and setting of New Europe and the starting of an industrial revolution seems to have quite a Dark Mystery...follows on with a big announcement at E3 about Bloodborne taking more a Dark Souls ecstatics but adding more of gore and slight horror vibe to it and not to forget Uncharted 4 A Thiefs End seems by the trailer and images that it has that same Dark and Mystery mood..and finally at Gamescon they went with Until Dawn a Horror-Thriller game that has a bit of SAW influence to it and P. T./Silent Hills which is wholly to be a Mystery/Puzzle/Horror game.. All this game are seemingly at interest for a Darker Vibe to a video game..and i put hold of some similar games such as Everyone Has Gone To Rapture, Batman Arkham Knight (if it doesnt fit up, try concentrating about it) and SOMA... Coincidence I dare not, I dont have negative thoughts about their actions but are quite happy and kinda weird that they are taking this approach, hmmm what are they planning and whats next at TGS, Another Horror game set with an Asian style to it..
