He was born on August 13th, 1939 in Kermit, West Virginia. He was the son of the late Lon and Ada Meade Dillon. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his two sons, Garfield and Adrian Dillon, brother, Euell Dillon, mother and father in law, Claude and Nora and sister in law, Wanda Dillon. Woodrow is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Edwina Dillon, daughters, Theresa (Shane), Lucinda (Aaron), Pauline (Bill), Debbie (Ed) and Claudine, sons, Joe and Tony (Kari), brothers, William, Ervin, Lonnie (Bessie) and Gerald, sisters, Edith and Geneva (Jesse), sister in law, Margie and special sister in law, Claudette. He is also survived by 5 nephews who he helped raise as his own, Paul (Michelle), William (Jackie), Kenneth (Jackie), Josh (Kristy) and David (Teresa) and his grandchildren, Kaelan, Kayli, Kylee, Robbie, Frankie, John, Caleb, Katelyn, Seirra, Dylan, Jonathan, Emily, Zach, Haylee, Ciara, Shane, Gavin, Brooke, Chloe, Krista, Tara, Todd, Billy and DJ. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 26th, 2013 at 1:00pm at the Neely Branch Church in Marrowbone, WV with Russell Ball and Michael Bryant officiating. Burial will follow at the Marcum Cemetery in Marrowbone. Friends may visit at the church on Friday, October 25th starting at 6:00pm with church service at 7:00pm. Arrangements are under the direction of the Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, Kentucky.
