PLEASE DONATE NO AMOUNT IS TOO SMALL, DICKIES CAUSE 4 PAWS IN NEED OF FUNDS FOR LITTLE 5 WEEK OLD QUESTER. Early this morning I drove into Ottawa to pick up Terry Fox, now named Quester. Barrhaven Kitten Rescue reached out for help for this little guy who was severely injured. This is how it should be, all of us helping each other help the animals in need. During the hour drive to the vet, Quester rested his wee head on my finger the whole drive, and looked up at me as if to say, Are you going to help me.? Quester was found in a parking lot, all alone. After the vets at Mississippi Mills assessed him, they think he must have been inside the engine of a car when it started. He has severe burns on his chest. His left leg was shattered and his left hip dislocated. All that was left was a part of the hip bone, which was exposed. What a little trouper. He purred, and got a belly rub before he fell back asleep. He must have been exhausted from being in such pain and left all alone. I just cried. Quester survived his surgery and is in my nursery. He drank some formula, ate some canned food, walked around for a few seconds and came over to lay down beside me face to face, on the floor. He is now snuggled into his new bed, passed out on pain meds. If anyone can donate to this little guys surgery, it would be greatly appreciated. Dickies Cause 4 Paws.
