PLEASE HELP!!!! Frankie has an Awesome rescued that has stepped up for Him. But Donations are need For Surgery for 2-month old little Frankie he has a fractured Hip and Leg. This sweet boy needs everyone’s help so that he can have the surgery he so desperately needs. So he can walk and live a life without pain. He was dumped at the Bakersfield City Shelter with what was believed to be a fractured leg. Upon having X-rays not only does he have a fractured leg, his Hip is also fractured. The Vet said this is not a new injury but an old injury. In his short 2-months on this earth he has known nothing but a life with pain. Pain from his injuries and pain from a broken heart, from being dumped by his owners at the shelter.
