PLEASE HELP! We have a handsome ALL FOUR DECLAWED kitty named Sonny who is desperate for help!! When his owner was put into a nursing home Sonny was uprooted from his home and has been outside living on the streets for nearly a year! When he finally came to us as a stray we learned his back story by tracking down his microchip information, we also learned that Sonny is a diabetic cat who desperately needs a new blood test and medication prescription. Most shelters do not attempt to adopt out diabetic cats, but our entire staff has fallen in love with him and we have decided to at least TRY and find someone who will take him. If we get someone who will commit to giving him an INDOOR home, we will raise the money to have his blood work done and get him started on his medication.
