PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE! Beware of purchasing from Beal Homes! They will miss sell you a property, take your money and make you worse off! Me and my partner were in the process of purchasing a house through Beal Homes. As our house was in the process of being built they asked us if we would like to rent one of their existing properties until our home was ready, they told us the rent we pay of £650 per month will be our deposit for when the house was ready to move into, they explained numerous times the actual rent of the house was £550 so if we was to decline on a mortgage and not able to move into the new build home we would receive the extra £100 for each month we were living in their rental property, in total we should of received £1,000.00. When the time came for us to apply for the mortgage we failed so we was expecting £1,000.00 back from Beal homes, as it was our money. They refused to give us our money back and also told us we would have to leave their rented property giving us a deadline, this meant we had no money for a bond to move so soon as they would not give us back the money that belonged to us. At the same time I was 8 months pregnant and could not deal with the stress of knowing we would be homeless and everything else they previously put us through. They told us they had another couple moving in to do the same scheme as we did. At the beginning Beal Homes also told us if we were to decline on a mortgage they would not ask us to leave their rented property, This was another lie! All the way through me n my partner purchasing our first home was nothing but miss selling, time wasting and a lot of money waisted on solicitors fees, surveyors etc, they also told us at the beginning flooring was included in the price of the property but then tried to charge us an extra £1,500.00 on top for flooring, denying it was included. Beal Homes know exactly what they are doing to their customers and will try anything to make a sale. Me and my partner are VERY unhappy customers and we are disgusted with the way we were treat. I hope that the people who are wanting to purchase a home do not have the same experience as we did.
