**** PLEASE READ THIS YOU MAY HAVE SEEN IT ON THE NEWS**** A good friend of a friends was killed in Ibiza due to excessive force by the guardia civil, they cannot find his insurance papers and now it is going to cost over 8000 to bring his body home, legal fees and anything else that could arise. My friend has decided to create a hero WOD for him and run it at as many crossfit boxes as possible, details of the WOD are in the post below. This Friday we are going to be running a workout at Crossfit Spectrum. It is to raise funds to help the Rhoden family in their battle to find out the truth behind their son and our friend, Luke Rhodens death. The workout will be based around Lukes age and birthdate, and can be scaled to suit all ages and abilities so anybody can join in. The workout will be a 25 (Lukes age) minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of 20 box overs, 8 ground to overhead and 14 burpees (Lukes birthdate this year) The workout will be run in every class.
