PLEASE READ TO ALL CONCERNS: This is to inform everyone regarding our concerns with the said VANDALISM done by Mr. Kurth Abalayan, et al at Tinagong Dagat (Danao), Mt. Mandalagan Mountains Ranges of North Negros Natural Park. The said concern with his group appeared voluntarily today , 1:00 PM, Nov. 5, 2014 to the Bgry. Officials headed by its PB Julio Siason together with Brgy. Kgd. Bibong Relor Committee Chair for the environment and with the Bantay Bukid Brigade headed by its Chairman Alex Guzon in response to our official complaint filled to the Brgy. Cabatangan dated Nov. 3, 2014. The said group welcomed by PB Siason and its group at the Barangay Hall. He discussed and explained the roles and obligations of the said barangay with its community in protecting and conserving the mountain ranges of Mt. Mantalagan especially Tinagong Dagat as the main destinations of trekkers. In response Kurth and his group expressed their apologies and asked forgiveness (supported with written individual letters) of what they had done at Tinagong-Dagat and was heartily accepted by the officials, provided they will trek back to the said site SCHEDULED TOMORROW and erase the vandal and also they have to clean-up the area and bring all the garbage down back to Sitio Campuestuhan, and it was agreed by kurth’s group. Sirs/Mams we are requesting your presence to assist and witness (as agreed) to this group for tomorrows activity. They will arriving at Sitio Campuestuhan at around 7:00 am.
